If the tracking number indicates that an order has been delivered, but you have not yet received it, it is advisable to allow up to 3 additional business days for delivery, as shipping carriers may occasionally scan orders as delivered prematurely.
If after 2 days from the delivery scan you still have not received your package, please contact our Customer Experience Team for next steps.
