A full refund is available if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order is already in transit, a $60.00 materials charge will be applied to any refunds issued. After 90 days from the purchase date, a 50% refund remains available until 180 days from the purchase date for the complete order (including result consultation). 

No refunds are offered after 180 days from the purchase date. Furthermore, no refund is possible if the test has been evaluated by the laboratory and/or the result has been transmitted to the customer.
