General Refund Policy Overview
At IFDW, customer satisfaction is a priority. If a customer is not satisfied with their order, IFDW will endeavor to resolve the issue appropriately. Customers should contact customer service within 30 days of their purchase to initiate a discussion
Refund Eligibility for Test Kits (SIBO, GI Map, Fructose/Lactose)
A full refund is available if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order is already in transit, a $60.00 materials charge will be applied to any refunds issued. After 90 days from the purchase date, a 50% refund remains available until 180 days
Refund Eligibility for Digital Products (E-books, Diet & Action Plans)
Refunds are not available for these purchases, as the service is considered fully rendered upon delivery of the product.
